Payments & Ordering

The Products on the website are for persons (i) above the age of 18 (or minors holding an authorization from their legal representative allowing them to place an order on the website) and (ii) who have full legal capacity to place an order on the website. We reserve the right to ask you for proof of identity attesting to your age and/or the authorization of your legal representative at any time. We reserve the right not to respond to an order and/or to exclude a person from our customer/prospect database if he or she has not responded to the above request or does not meet the requirements set out in this clause.

It is specified that the Products are intended for personal use by the person; this use must not be related to his or her professional activity, including any resale of the Product. As such, the attention of the Purchaser is drawn in particular to the fact that the amount of his or her orders must not exceed the sum of one thousand (1,000) Euros including tax per order. In addition, it is specified that the same Buyer is only authorized to order a maximum of six (6) Products with the same reference per order. It is also specified that orders for Products containing alcohol (such as perfumes) are limited to two hundred (200) ml per order.

Finally, the same Buyer is only authorized to place two orders per day. In the event of an order greater than the aforementioned amount and/or the number mentioned above, the order may be considered void.

a) Products

The Products offered for sale on the Site are those which appear on the Site, on the day of the Buyer’s consultation of the Site.

The Purchaser is informed that the photographs and texts illustrating the Products are subject to change.

b) Unavailability of a Product

In case of a Product’s unavailability, you will be informed by email of this unavailability following the validation of the order and before delivery.

If the order is validated by the Purchaser, he or she is then informed of the options available to him or her, namely (i) delivery of a single partial order, without the Product(s) unavailable on the date of the order or (ii) cancellation of the entire order.

The Purchaser then has forty-eight (48) working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of the information email sent by the Seller to confirm their choice via the procedure proposed by the Seller:

- cancellation of the entire order,

- or the sending of the partial order under specific delivery conditions specified by the Seller.

After this forty-eight (48) hour period, and if no request from the Buyer has been sent to the Seller via the procedure specified by the Seller, the partial order will be sent to the Buyer and delivered to him or her at the standard delivery rate indicated in the table in the "Price" section below. The price of the order will then be invoiced to the Buyer, reduced by the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s). In the event that the entire price has been cashed directly at the time of the Buyer’s order, the Seller agrees to reimburse the Buyer for the portion of the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the notification of non-availability addressed to the Buyer, and according to the method of payment used by the Buyer.

In the event that the Buyer requests the cancellation of the entire order, the price of the order will not be cashed

In the event that the Buyer's payment has been cashed immediately when ordering, the Seller agrees to reimburse the Buyer for the sums paid by the Buyer within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his or her order cancellation request, according to the payment method used by the Buyer.

c) Price

The prices take into account possible discounts as well as VAT, applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the price of the Products.

The prices indicated do not take into account the processing and delivery costs which will be indicated before the validation of the order and will also be invoiced.

It is specified that any promotions granted in the form of discount vouchers are only valid for a single order per household and over a given period of validity and cannot be combined with other discount offers.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices applicable at the time of registration of the order.

d) User ratings and comments

You have the option to give your opinion on and to recommend each Product. You can also consult the opinions and recommendations of other online users. The opinions and recommendations provided for each Product correspond to the average of the ratings and recommendations of online users who have answered each question, and are only binding on them. These opinions and recommendations can in no case constitute a contractual element on the part of the Seller.

The stars appearing on the Site next to a Product represent, at a given time, the average of the ratings left by the persons who have commented on the Product on our Site. They are therefore subject to change on a daily basis.

a) Terms of the order

To enter an order, the Buyer must first log in to the Site.

The Purchaser then has the option to acquaint himself or herself with the different Products offered for sale on the day of consultation of the Site and to select his or her chosen Product(s) by (i) browsing in the various categories of Products, or (ii) entering the name(s) of the Product(s) in the search engine, or (iii) clicking on one of the pages in the Site map at the bottom of each page, thereby accessing the entire range of Products.

While browsing the Site, the Purchaser who wishes to place an order can do so by simply clicking on the button intended to add the Product(s) to his or her shopping basket.

As soon as this operation has been carried out, the number of Products in the Buyer’s basket will be displayed. We draw the Purchaser’s attention to the fact that the contents of the basket may be subject to an expiration period.

The Purchaser can then continue his or her visit, or click on his or her shopping basket in order to view the contents of the basket on his or her screen, showing all the items included in the order and in particular the essential characteristics of the Product(s), the total amount of the order, billing and delivery details, deadlines, rates and any delivery restrictions as well as the legal rights and guarantees available to the Buyer.

The Purchaser can then continue his or her visit, or click on his or her shopping basket in order to view the contents of the basket on his or her screen, showing all the items included in the order and in particular the essential characteristics of the Product(s), the total amount of the order, billing and delivery details, deadlines, rates and any delivery restrictions as well as the legal rights and guarantees available to the Buyer.

Once the selection of Products is complete, the Buyer can order them by confirming the order via the button provided for this purpose. A new page will then open, inviting the Purchaser to either:

- enter his or her username (email address) and password if the Purchaser is already registered on the Site, or

- accurately fill in a personal data collection form by filling in the compulsory fields, in particular Surname, First name, Email address, Billing postal address and Delivery postal address (address to which delivery can be made during the opening hours from Monday to Friday in Belgium).

The Purchaser undertakes to complete the form made available to him or her in good faith. The Buyer acknowledges that the data he or she communicates to the Seller and which is stored in the information systems belonging to the Seller and/or its subcontractors is accurate and constitutes proof of his or her identity. It is recalled that this personal data is governed by the Personal Data Policy accessible here.

After verifying the content of his or her order, the Buyer is invited either:

- to click on the button providing access to payment for his or her order, under the conditions described in the terms and conditions; or

- to click on the button allowing him or her to modify his or her basket and/or the information relating to his or her personal details.

By clicking on the button providing access to payment for the order, the Purchaser must firstly read these conditions, then secondly confirm his or her agreement to all of the conditions by performing an acceptance confirmation action required on the Site (for example, by checking a box).

As soon as the Buyer confirms his or her acceptance of the terms and conditions, a web page dedicated to the payment of the order will open. Every order is an order with a payment obligation, which means that placing an order implies payment by the Buyer.

The Purchaser must then proceed to the payment of his or her order.

It is specified that by choosing a payment by bank card, as provided for in the Payment section below, the Buyer will be automatically transferred to the payment provider's electronic payment server. The payment provider's server is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so as to ensure maximum protection of all the data linked to the means of payment, and to ensure that at no time will the Buyer’s bank data pass through the Seller's computer system. The Seller’s responsibility is therefore released.

b) Confirmation of the order

Once the order has been confirmed and its payment has been validated in accordance with the methods provided for below, a printable and recordable summary of the Buyer's order will be displayed, mentioning in particular the order references.

• the Seller’s identity and contact details,
• the reference of the order recorded at the time of placing the order,
• the summary of the order and the essential characteristics of the Product(s),
• delivery time, rates and any delivery restrictions
• the total amount of the order, all taxes included,
• the legal rights and guarantees available to the Purchaser,
• confirmation of payment,
• the terms and conditions,
• the withdrawal form.

The Seller retains ownership of the Product(s) and/or Service(s) ordered until full payment of the price and its accessories, including costs of shipping by the Seller. In the event of a payment issue, the Buyer undertakes to return the Product(s) received to the Seller, at the Buyer’s expense, upon the first request.

In order to protect the Seller from abusive practices operated by fraudsters, and in the event that the Seller or the online payment provider suspects the fraudulent nature of an order, they reserve the right to ask the Buyer (prior to the processing of the order) for additional documents (particularly the Purchaser’s proof of identity) in order to verify the non-fraudulent nature thereof.

In the absence of a response from the Buyer within fifteen (15) days of the sending of the request by the Seller or the online payment provider, the order will be canceled and no payment will be collected by the Seller. In the event that the payment for the order has already been cashed, the Seller will proceed to reimburse the payment within fourteen (14) days of the expiration of the aforementioned period, according to the method of payment used by the Buyer.

c) Proof of order

It is provided for by express agreement between the Seller and the Buyer that emails between the Parties are authentic and that the automatic recording systems used on the Site are authentic, in particular as pertains to the nature and the date of the order.

The Purchaser can access, if necessary and in accordance with the rules of ordinary law, the electronic contract concluded between the Purchaser and the Seller. To access this electronic contract, he or she must contact Customer Service here, to which he or she must provide all information required for this purpose, in particular the order number and his or her contact details.

The amount owed by the Buyer is the amount indicated within the order confirmation as displayed on the dedicated internet page and then sent by email from the Seller to the Buyer.

The Buyer can choose between various payment methods during the validation of his or her order as specified above.

Payment can be made at the time of order, by internet, by Credit Card (CB, Visa, Amex, Mastercard).

The order is only validated by the Seller after (i) acceptance of the terms and conditions by the Buyer, (ii) verification and confirmation of the validity of the payment, and (iii) sending to the Buyer confirmation of acceptance of his or her order.

In any event, the Seller reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of (i) the order exceeding the limits indicated in the section "Conditions of Purchase" above, (ii) any existing dispute with the Buyer, (iii) total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Buyer, (iv) refusal on the part of banking organizations to authorize payment by bank card, or (v) non-payment or partial payment.
