Answer to common questions
After your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, a page will appear on your screen to confirm the registration of your purchase.
At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding your order.
If you encounter technical difficulties during your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department via the Contact page.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Service department via the Contact page.
If the order has not yet been prepared by our warehouse, we can immediately modify or cancel your order.
If your order has already been prepared by our warehouse, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. In this case, you will be asked to refuse the package upon delivery. As soon as the package is returned to the warehouse, we will either refund it or prepare a new package that reflects the desired modification.
Occasionally, orders (or parts of orders) may be cancelled by our system, for various reasons:
- One or more items are no longer available for sale
- Difficulties are encountered in the payment process
- The package cannot be sent to the address indicated
- The order was placed twice
If you wish to return a product received as a gift, please contact our Customer Service department via the Contact page .
If you wish to buy an item from our online store but do not have an account, you will need to register.
You will be asked for the email address you wish to use for proceeding with the login. You will then be able to manage your account at any time in the "Account" section at the top right of your screen.
The advantages of having an account are
- Easy payment process: Billing and shipping addresses are saved for faster payment.
- Order history: You have access to the status of your orders’ progress, monitoring of packages and a list of your previous orders
- Newsletter: You can activate or unsubscribe from the Helena Rubinstein newsletter, which updates you on the latest trends, launches, gift ideas, special offers and exclusive offers on the online store.
- Updating your data: You can update your account ID and/or password.
To allow you to discover more products from the Helena Rubinstein ranges, a selection of samples is offered to you when confirming your order.
